Georgia B. Youssef, MA, LMFT
Georgia Youssef earned her Master of Arts in Biblical Counseling
in 1990 from Colorado Christian University which she attended in
order to study under Dr. Larry Crabb and Dr. Dan Allender. She is
a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and a member of
American Association of Christian Counselors (AACC).
Ms. Youssef has worked in a variety of settings including a mega
church, an institutional group home, as well as in private practice.
In addition to her professional experience, she has served on a
Young Life Committee and leads a Moms-in-Touch prayer group.
As a therapist, Georgia works with couples, families and individuals.
“I consider it a privilege and honor to share in someone’s
private story. There is beauty and nobility in every human heart
because God created each of us in His image. Despite our worst fears,
the heart is beautiful even in the midst of suffering.”
Georgia sees being a therapist as a calling with eternal impact
where she us able to serve the Body of Christ. “Understanding
the truth of the Gospel can help each of us face the difficult realities
of our lives with dignity and courage.” She appreciates the
opportunity to address her client’s struggles in the context
of the Gospel and its truth.
