David Pate, MS, LPC, LCAS
David Pate earned his Masters in Mental Health Counseling at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, FL. He is a Licensed Professional Counselor, a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist and a certified PREP counselor for premarital and marital enrichment.
David joined Associates in 2009 bringing twenty years of experience in human services and behavioral health care. With his range of training and experience, David works with clients of all ages from children through adults, individuals, couples and families. His specialty areas include relationship issues, addictions of all types, co-dependency issues, childhood trauma, as well as spiritual and religious issues which inhibit a genuine relationship with God.
David feels called to Christian counseling “because God has privileged me to see His mercy and experience His love in my own life and has given me the honor of working with others needing to be set free from various struggles.”
