Introducing Dr. Larry Ousley

As part of the new service being offered by Associates, we’d like to introduce you to Dr. Larry Ousley for those who may prefer working with a male coach.

Larry comes to coaching from his experience as a Methodist pastor and his seminary training at Emory University.  He has also earned a Doctorate of Ministry focusing on organizational development and leadership as applied to the church from Vanderbilt University.  Larry served as senior pastor of several large Methodist churches.   

Dr. Ousley received his initial coach’s training and certification through the Coaches Training Institute.  Larry is a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC), an Associate Certified Coach by the International Coach Federation, and is one of only 90 people holding a certification in Organization & Relationship Systems Coaching worldwide. For the past 9 years Dr. Ousley has served as the Executive Director of the Intentional Growth Center at Lake Junaluska, NC, where he plans or leads approximately 60 seminars a year.

Larry comes with years of coaching experience with individuals, relationships, teams and groups as well as his own personal life experiences and spiritual journey and years of pastoral ministry.  His passion is to empower people to live their dreams and their calling.
