A New Face — Jennifer Greene

Jennifer Greene is pursuing a Masters Degree in Christian Counseling at Gordon-Conwell Theological Seminary in Charlotte. In September she began working as an intern at Associates and will be with us through the end of this year.

Jennifer is from Boone and a 2004 graduate of Furman University. After graduation she spent time in MT and WY working with a Christian ministry to the National Parks. Before entering the Masters program, a number of different experiences lead to her interest in counseling. “I have volunteered at pregnancy crisis centers both in SC and Boone. I also worked at the Grandfather Home for Children in Banner Elk, NC. These experiences gave me a heart to minister to people in pain,” she shared.

After completing the program at Gordon-Conwell, Jennifer’s hope is to work with families, and women and children in particular.
