Georgia Youssef joined the staff of ACC in November. Although her
main focus is working with couples on marital issues, she also sees
individuals and is particularly interested in women’s issues.
Originally from LA, Georgia moved to NC with her family as a child
later earning her undergraduate degree from Wake Forest University
right here in Winston-Salem. Mrs. Youssef went on to earn her MA
in Biblical Counseling from Colorado Christian University which
she chose in order to have the opportunity to study under Larry
Crabb.
When asked about her thoughts on Christian counseling, Georgia
said, “I believe we need to look at the issues we struggle
with in the reality of life in conjunction with the reality of faith.
Forgiveness and repentance are the work of the Holy Spirit within
us which enable us to change.”
Mrs. Youssef is married and the mother of three daughters.
