center. Our
staff is comprised of credentialed mental health professionals.

3. Are all your therapists Christian?
At ACC, all of the therapists, as well as the support staff, acknowledge
personal
faith in Jesus Christ.
4. Do I have to be a Christian to use your services?
ACC’s services are available to everyone. Although we are
a faith-based
organization, our approach is to meet people wherever they are in
all areas of life.
5. How do I refer someone to ACC?
ACC’s services are available to everyone. Simply tell them
we’re here to help, give
them our phone number, or refer them to our website. If you are
concerned about
someone, please call 336-896-0065, ext. 203, and Jean Lambert, our
office manager,
will be happy to assist you.
6. How do I make an appointment?
Simply call ACC at 336-896-0065 and speak with Jean Lambert at ext.
203.
If you have health insurance, please have your card available.
7. How long do I have to wait to see someone?
Generally your appointment will be within a week or two of your
initial call.
Emergencies will be given priority and generally are seen within
48 hours.
8. May I choose my own therapist?
You may request a particular therapist. Your preference will be
honored if
your presenting issue is within their treatment area.
9. How much does therapy cost?
ACC’s fees for professional services are consistent with other
mental health
practices in the Triad. Specific fee information will be provided
when you call
for an appointment.
10. Will my visits be covered by insurance?
More than half of our clients use health insurance. Since policies
and benefits vary
greatly, we will contact your insurance carrier before scheduling
your first
appointment. Clients are responsible for charges not covered by
their insurance,
and are payable at the time services are rendered.
11. What if I have financial concerns?
ACC works to make it possible for those seeking services to receive
treatment.

12. How long does therapy take?
The length of treatment depends on many factors. It is primarily
determined
by the nature of the issue and the motivation of the client.
