Chad A. Cooke, PhD,, LPC

Chad Cooke earned his PhD in Psychology and Counseling from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary. He also holds a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Lee University. Dr. Cooke is a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors and the Society for Christian Psychology and is a Licensed Professional Counselor in North Carolina.

Chad sees children, teenagers, adults, and couples. His areas of expertise include premarital, marital and couple's therapy, and men's issues.

Chad is passionate about Christian counseling because it provides a paradigm for considering every human story within God's story of redemption. "No matter how difficult or impossible the situation seems, in Christ there is hope. It is a humbling privilege when individuals open their lives, sharing the difficulties, pain and trials with me. There is no greater joy than to serve as an instrument in the Lord's work of healing and transformation."

"Blessed be the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ,
the Father of mercies and God of all comfort, who comforts us in all our affliction, so that we may be able to comfort those who are in any affliction,
with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God."
2 Corinthians 1:3-4
